MVRLT Media ("we," "us") publishes fiction under several pen names, including B. Vale, B. A. Lumin, and B. Ashford. This page explains what information mvrltmedia.com collects and how it's used.

What we collect: If you sign up for one of our free books or our newsletter, you do so through BookFunnel, and we receive your email address (and name, if you provide one). If you write to us using the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address and message you enter there. We don't collect any other personal information through this website — there are no accounts, no purchases, and no tracking beyond standard, anonymous site-traffic analytics.

How we use it: Your email is used only to send updates about new releases, behind-the-scenes notes, and occasional news from MVRLT Media and its series. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Who else sees it: Our mailing list is processed and stored by MailerLite, our email service provider, and our free books are delivered by BookFunnel. Messages sent through the contact form are processed by Squarespace, which hosts this website. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes. If you separately request or receive an advance reader copy through a third-party platform (such as BookFunnel or StoryOrigin), that platform's own privacy policy governs the information you provide there.

Your choices: You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. To ask about, correct, or delete any information we hold about you, email info@mvrltmedia.com.

Changes to this policy: If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date below. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
